Couldn't load pickup availability
Your kennel setup has just been upgraded... Our emergency tags can hold all of your pet's most valuable information while being convenient enough for first responders to access in the case of an accident. Put as little, or as much information as you would like, add your pet's best photo, and choose the perfect color scheme to match your setup.
Size: 2.75x4"
1" Metal O Ring included free. Heavy duty snap hooks available for upgrade (easier to take on and off).
Please attach a CLEAR photo with a decent amount of room above the pet's head to account for the hole.
Proof will be sent for approval before processing. After 3 days of no response, the proof will be processed as is. Color variations between proof and finished product may occur due to differing calibrations between device screens and printer settings.
These tags are UV resistant but we do not recommend leaving in direct sunlight for extended periods as it MAY cause fading.

Absolutely feel a lot better having this on my pup’s crate.
Knowing if something happens and I can’t verbally give information they can contact my emergency contacts and can see how to safely retrieve him means so much to me! And on top of the peace of mind, it’s so well made! Matches my self painted ruffland door perfectly!
Very well made - absolutely perfect. This was my 3rd tag, I had done for my 2 other dogs earlier this year and once I got the new puppy I had to get it for him too.
It's beautiful and matches my kennel setup perfectly.
Love it !!! I been looking for something like this for my dogs car kennel and I’m so happy!! Everything is so clear and exactly like I ordered it and I love that they check with you to see if everything is good and everything is spelled correctly. Amazing service loved it.
