Processing Time & Policies

My current processing time estimate is 4 weeks.

If proofs are corrected, or new pictures are having to be requested, the processing time is no longer guaranteed.

If a proof email is not responded to within three business days, it will be processed as is. 

Shipping time/delays are entirely by fault of the shipping company and are not reflected in my processing time.

All prices listed are exclusive of any applicable tariffs, customs duties, import taxes, or government fees. The client is solely responsible for the payment of all such charges imposed by local, state, federal, or international authorities. We do not cover or reimburse these charges under any circumstances.
