Our emergency tags can hold all of your pet's most valuable information while being convenient enough for first responders to access in the case of an accident. Put as little, or as much information as you would like, add your pet's best photo, and choose the perfect color scheme to match your setup.

1" Metal O Ring included free. Heavy duty snap hooks available for upgrade (easier to take on and off).
Please attach a CLEAR photo with a decent amount of room above the pet's head to account for the hole.
Proof will be sent for approval before processing. After 3 days of no response, the proof will be processed as is.
These tags are UV resistant but we do not recommend leaving in direct sunlight for extended periods as it MAY cause fading.

I can’t say enough good things about The Spoiled Dog Company and their emergency kennel tags. From the start, she was an absolute pleasure to work with—patient, kind, and incredibly accommodating while I tweaked and re-tweaked the design to get it just right.
The level of customization is honestly impressive (and a little overwhelming in the best way). You can only fit so much information on a tag, but in an emergency, clarity matters. I went back and forth a lot trying to narrow it down to only the most critical details—things someone would actually need in a stressful situation. She never made me feel rushed or annoying for changing things, which I really appreciated.
I travel frequently for dog sports, training demonstrations, and search and rescue, so having a solid emergency plan for my dog is non-negotiable. If something were to happen to me—whether that’s a car accident or an incident during a search—and my dog is hours from home, I need first responders or bystanders to have immediate, useful information. I considered an emergency tube, but paper can get lost or damaged, and realistically, we live in a world where everyone has a phone. This solution just makes more sense.
The tag lets me include a clear warning that my dog is shy with strangers, along with instructions on how to handle him if he’s injured or needs to be moved from his kennel. That peace of mind is huge for me. And honestly… being able to include a great photo of him doesn’t hurt either—who doesn’t want to show off their dog? 😂

we ordered these to put on our dogs crates in the event we were ever in an accident. I feel much better now knowing if someone needed their medical info they could just grab it off the crate!

Love, love LOVE these crate tags! They are beautiful, very sturdy and everything is clear and easy to read. One is definitely going on his car kennel and the other will do double duty, going between his home crate and his travel crate when we are away from home. Great workmanship!
