Put as little, or as much information as you would like, add your pet's best photo, and choose the perfect color scheme to match your setup.

Please attach a CLEAR photo with a decent amount of room above the pet's head to account for the hole. 

 

Proof will be sent for approval before processing. After 3 days of no response, the proof will be processed as is.

 

These tags are UV resistant but we do not recommend leaving in direct sunlight for extended periods as it MAY cause fading.

Amazing!

This is amazing quality and honestly well timed about a week after I got it in the mail I got into a car accident (we’re okay) the tag was great the emt’s were able to make sure she was okay with information while I was unable to tell them. I recommend 1000%.

Crate Tags are Great!

The crate tags are perfect! They have all the necessary info, are much sturdier than I anticipated, and have held onto my crates without issue. The images are super clear so it's easy to identify my dogs.
