Your kennel setup has just been upgraded... Our emergency tags can hold all of your pet's most valuable information while being convenient enough for first responders to access in the case of an accident. Put as little, or as much information as you would like, add your pet's best photo, and choose the perfect color scheme to match your setup.

1" Metal O Ring included free. Heavy duty snap hooks available for upgrade (easier to take on and off).
Please attach a CLEAR photo with a decent amount of room above the pet's head to account for the hole.
Proof will be sent for approval before processing. After 3 days of no response, the proof will be processed as is. Color variations between proof and finished product may occur due to differing calibrations between device screens and printer settings.
These tags are UV resistant but we do not recommend leaving in direct sunlight for extended periods as it MAY cause fading.

Spoiled Dog Co has done it again!! For $18 these crate tags are AMAZING!! My ferrets get 1 that stays on their crate and then travels with them if we move. The dogs have one for their home crates and one for their travel crates (I got one for foster pets as well).
It has immediate, permanent, information for veterinary care and then the QR code goes to a Google Doc with their schedules, food, medical diagnoses and medications, alternate emergency contacts, anything that may change. If I am stuck in a hospital they will have anything they need to take care of them properly until I am contacted or they are returned. The clips are also nice because it can be clipped to collars or leashes to stay with the pet if they are taken out of the crate.
I highly recommend them to absolutely everyone! They have been an integral part of our emergency prep for cars and homes. They are extremely durable and well worth the cost!
